Individual wage market survey - within 1 month

In the study, we will contact those currently working in the region and in the jobs closest to the given position by phone. The group of respondents consists of at least 30 people and we ask them to answer the following questions:  

 

  • Average gross basic salary in the given region
  • Other benefits listed, by amount
  • Average total income in the given region
  • Showing correlations between wage data and the following: work experience, overtime, shifts
  • Motivational factors of potential employees: what makes them change jobs? 

We work with a different approach than most available wage studies.

We contact the employees directly. Based on the feedback of our partners, the information collected in this way proved to be a better benchmark than other salary information. Our study is much more comparable: we adjust the range of respondents to position and region, so we don't get a national or regional average value, but a customized picture.

We prepared a salary survey for our Austrian-owned shipping partner, which was also forwarded to the Austrian management.


On the basis of which the salary increase proposal was accepted.
