Why are these data more authentic and accurate?

  • The official information may include the basic salary, from which the total amount with all allowances, allowances, and other payments that the employee receives cannot be calculated.
  • The employee knows exactly how much he will get at the end of the month, and at the moment we have to compete with that.
  • We have the opportunity to ask the employees why they would change, so we can take steps to retain/attract employees, knowing their needs.

Content of the service:

  • Identification of expectations and competencies for each position (qualifications, experience, language skills, other professional and personal competencies)
  • Based on what was discussed, TESK's consultants experienced in research and interviewing use their own and purchased databases (databases with hundreds of thousands of people) to search for employees who are currently working in the given position or have worked in it within a year.
  • We ask the employees to provide data voluntarily, and then we collect the information about the wage and other benefits package along the final set of questions agreed in advance.
  • We work until we receive answers to our questions from at least 50 people, the results of which we prepare an analysis. If the given position does not have at least 50 samples in the given area (this can happen in higher intellectual positions), then it will be processed in the available number of samples, or we will expand the range in consultation.
  • We evaluate the data in the form of a study, with graphs, aggregated data, as well as textual analysis and suggestions.

The data included in the individual wage market analysis:

  • average gross basic salary
  • the average total income
  • other benefits, listed and by amount (cafeteria, bonus, shift allowance, 13th month salary, attendance bonus, etc.), or based on the client's request:
    • how much is the annual bonus
    • how much is the cafeteria fee?
    • how much is the other benefit and what are they
    • what jobs do they get a car for?
    • Is there a referral bonus?
    • Is there an anniversary bonus?
    • is there birth or funeral support?
    • is it available for rent
    • Is there a massage?
    • do the employees get fruit, etc.

It can be said that the analysis covers all relevant questions, so the client receives a completely up-to-date and accurate feedback on the current benefit packages for the position he specified.

It is important to point out that after the conclusion of the contract, our designated client manager will contact you even before the start of the project and agree on the position you want to inquire about in full detail.

The price of the service is HUF 299,800 + VAT / position.
