The history of the TESK Group

Perhaps I would start from there, and this roughly characterizes my career, that when I was a high school student, I think I was 15 years old - I had already been studying German for a year, luckily I had a strong teacher - one day, when my father came home from work in the evening, he told me: the next day, the Austrians come to Kisújszállás, to his company, to negotiate. And they won't have an interpreter with them. Well, I say, it's fine, I understand. But I didn't understand :). The next day, I translated the ins and outs of steel structure production with my one-year language skills in the middle of a fantastic dinner, from which I could not enjoy even two bites, because I either spoke Hungarian or German, or I was sweating to understand what the parties wanted to communicate.

This motivation helped me a lot, later I took courses in German at the University of Technology and after university, in 1996 I finally joined Weidmüller Kft. managing director.

In November 2002, after 6 years, I said goodbye to the company and started TESK. After the first couple of months of searching for a way, my team and I committed ourselves to acquiring the workforce. We started to build up the service, and after 2 years we were involved in an international project in cooperation with an Austrian company, and then in 2006 came the first real, big, greenfield project, Hankook, where we recruited 52 engineers in half a year. In 2007, we worked on the construction of the tunnel for metro number 4 with a large team of our employees, then smaller and larger projects followed (shared service centers, other factory projects), then from 2015 we worked on Apollo recruitment, our biggest project ever, where we recruited more than 600 employees in 2 years.

In 2015, we reformed our recruitment solution and perhaps the entire market as well - instead of a success fee, we are fully committed to the results, and thus last year we successfully closed 95% of our orders.

And in the current new market environment, we are vigorously developing a solution that provides companies with qualified labor on an immediate basis and flexible working conditions for employees and freelancers. Our solution will soon be available to the entire Hungarian labor market.
