Tesk Group's activity is recruitment, Users can apply for job advertisements posted/published by employers as a third party or on their behalf on this website, Facebook, Instagram, or in other ways.

The companies are joint data controllers, as they jointly define the purposes and means of data management. The companies belong to the Tesk Group. The Companies manage the data jointly for the purpose of performing joint recruitment tasks (collection of CVs, recruitment). The data controllers manage the data in a uniform registration system for the sake of accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data. Depending on the quality and complexity of the service, one or another company signs a contract with potential employers.

Due to the purpose of the Website, only persons over the age of 16 may use or use the services of the Tesk Group.

Personal data may only be processed for a specific purpose, in order to exercise a right and fulfill an obligation. All stages of data management must comply with this purpose, and the collection and handling of data must be fair.

Only such personal data can be processed that is essential for the realization of the purpose of data management, is suitable for achieving the purpose, and only to the extent and for the time necessary for the realization of the purpose.

II. Scope of personal data, purpose, legal basis and duration of data management

The data management of Tesk Group's activities is based on voluntary consent. In some cases, however, the management, storage, and transmission of a range of the provided data are made mandatory by law, of which we will notify our Users separately. We draw the attention of informants to the Tesk group of companies that if they do not provide their own personal data, the informant is obliged to obtain the consent of the data subject.

The User is solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of personal data.
The Tesk Group does not assume responsibility for any deficiencies in data communication or for any consequences arising from incorrectly provided data, and expressly excludes its responsibility in this regard.

1. General information about recruitment

Tesk Group receives the personal data of the persons concerned (applicants) directly or from other recruitment companies (e.g. profession.hu).

All data provided by the User in the application/tender application for individual job advertisements in this Information Sheet must be understood together with the attached CV, motivation letter and other documents and their content.

We would like to inform you that the provision of data is voluntary, and Tesk Group only requests the provision of data that is necessary for applying for the job and for the data management purposes defined below.

Tesk Group takes notes on the discussions and meetings so that we can provide targeted services to the User and to be able to convey what was said orally to the potential employer.

In addition, at the request of the potential employer, Tesk Group may conduct an aptitude test with the User. Tesk Group forwards the results of the test to its client. We inform the User that Tesk Group is considered a data processor in connection with the test, as it does not determine the content and details of the test. Please contact our client with any questions or complaints. We will provide your contact information upon request.

We inform the User that the process of the admission procedure also includes Tesk Group viewing the User's social media pages (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) that are public to anyone. Tesk Group examines only the information that is relevant to the job application or the position.

During labor mediation, Tesk Group does not process personal data that is not necessary to assess the suitability of job seekers, or that is not directly related to the job sought. During the workplace hiring process, the applicant may only be asked to provide information that does not violate his privacy rights and is essential for the establishment of the employment relationship. Accordingly, we do not ask the User for personal data related to marital status, housing conditions, parents' employment, political opinion, religious or worldview beliefs, or other personal data unrelated to the employment relationship. If the User sends such data, this data will be deleted by Tesk Group immediately.

Data managed by Tesk Group (based on data voluntarily provided by the User):

The User decides which data and information to provide to the Tesk group of companies, and in some cases the Tesk Group determines the mandatory or optional data.

In the case of providing a reference or a letter of recommendation, the User is obliged to obtain the consent of the person providing the reference or letter of recommendation to process the data in advance.

The Tesk Group keeps in touch with the User by phone or email, therefore, in the absence of availability, we are unable to manage the User's data and mediate the User.

We draw the User's attention to the fact that Tesk Group collects data related to profiling during recruitment. For more information see III. point.

Tesk Group stores the application materials of the Users in the system operated by HRszoftver Kft. and DOCCA OutSource IT Kft., on Google Drive and on its own server.

1.1 Application for a specific position by specifying a potential employer

On the website http://tesk.hu/allasajanlataink, Tesk Group publishes the current open positions that it mediates. You can send the application materials (resumes, motivation letter, etc.) by clicking the Send/Apply button at the bottom of the advertisement. Tomorrow, for the purpose of contact and identification, the following data must be provided: name, phone number, email. The User must attach a CV.

The Tesk Group also obtains the personal data of the Users during the campaigns announced on the Facebook and Instagram pages, in such a way that the User fills in his personal data via the Facebook/Instagram page.
Purpose of data management: The data is processed solely for the purpose that Tesk Group examines the possibility of employing the User for the indicated position and, if the User is suitable based on the expectations set by the employer, recommends his employment.

Legal basis: consent of the User. By sending your application materials, you consent to the processing of your data.

The User has the right to withdraw his consent at any time, which does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent before the withdrawal. Please send your withdrawal in writing to adatvedelem@tesk.hu, indicating the specific job offer. Tesk Group will immediately notify the employer advertising the job in the event of withdrawal of consent.

Duration of data management

If the User changes his mind during the workplace recruitment process and withdraws his application, Tesk Group will delete his personal data.

In the absence of withdrawal of the application, Tesk Group will manage the User's data for 90 days after the date of filling the given position, and thereafter delete/destroy the submitted application materials, unless the User has voluntarily consented to the preservation of the application materials. Upon termination of the data management period, Tesk Group immediately notifies the recipients (potential employer) to whom the User's personal data has been forwarded.

An integral part of the Users' right to informational self-determination is that the Users receive adequate information about the identity of the potential employer before giving their consent to data processing, as well as that they have knowledge of whom they can exercise their rights against. In some cases, the economic or other interests of the employer are opposed to this, so that its identity remains hidden during the application for as long as it is justified (for example, a company does not want it to be revealed prematurely that it is "entering the market", it wants to keep this a secret from the competition ). Tesk Group publishes an anonymous job advertisement only in special justified cases.

The risk of an anonymous job advertisement: the User does not know to whom his personal data will be forwarded, the potential employer may be his current employer. If the User requests the deletion of his personal data, Tesk Group will ensure the deletion of the data and notify the potential employer directly. Tesk Group will then notify the User that their data has been deleted.

In the case of an anonymous job advertisement, after receiving the application material, Tesk Group informs the User by email about the list of current advertisers, and the User can decide whether their data can be forwarded to a specific company by ticking the checkboxes. If the User does not designate the companies to which his application can be forwarded, then Tesk Group will not evaluate his application and the User's application will be canceled immediately.

1.3 Uploading a CV in the absence of a specific job advertisement

On the website of the Tesk Group http://tesk.hu/Regisztracio, users can upload their CVs for future recruitment purposes. Tomorrow, for the purpose of contact and identification, the following data must be provided: name, phone number, email. The User must attach a CV.

The purpose of data management: The data is processed solely for the purpose of the Tesk Group providing support and advice to the User regarding future employment and employment based on the User's application and voluntary disclosure of information, and also that the information to be filled by the employers and with the Tesk Group in this regard The Tesk Group examines the possibility of employing the User for the positions designated by contractual partners and principals, and if the User is suitable based on the expectations set by the employer, it recommends their employment.

Tesk Group is not obliged to investigate whether the recruiting company has obtained the consent of individual Users for the transfer of data. Tesk Group informs the User orally or in writing about the data protection regulations during the first contact.

1.6 Recording of telephone calls

Tesk Group strives for the User to communicate his personal data to Tesk Group in writing and to obtain written consent for data management, however, if this is not possible, then Tesk Group acts orally.

In order for Tesk Group to verify the legality of data management, it records the following phone calls:

(i) in the absence of a written CV, discussing with the User his professional experience, education and other information necessary for the given job,
(ii) during recruitment, obtaining consent from the User for the transmission of the User's personal data to a potential employer.

Scope of processed data: the part of the telephone conversation affected by consent, the starting time and duration of the call, telephone number.

Before starting the telephone conversation, Tesk Group always informs the User that the conversation will be recorded and informs the User that the detailed data protection information is available on the website www.tesk.hu. If the User does not consent to the recording of the telephone conversation, the Tesk Group will not continue the telephone conversation, the User may contact the Tesk Group in writing.

Purpose of data management: verification of consent to data management and data transfer, control of legal operation, collection of personal data from the data subject.

2 Newsletter sending

Tesk Group sends a newsletter electronically by e-mail to those who have subscribed to it.

The purpose of data management is to send electronic newsletters and advertising messages about offers, events, services, sales, promotions related to the Company to the e-mail address provided by the User.

Tesk Group manages the User's name and email address.

The legal basis for data management is the consent of the User, according to which the User consents in advance to the processing of his personal data listed above by Tesk Group in accordance with the conditions contained in this Notice, Article 6 (1) point a) of the GDPR.

Tesk Group sends users current job offers and recruitment-related articles, as well as individual newsletters (e.g. sectoral newsletters). Tesk Group sends the job newsletter with targeted content based on the data provided by the User and provides information about this in the inquiry. Profiling takes place during and for the purpose of providing the service. For the User, job advertisements corresponding to the provided data are displayed in the job newsletter. See point III.

The User has the right to withdraw his consent at any time, on the basis of unsubscribing from the newsletter, which does not affect the legality of data processing carried out on the basis of consent before the withdrawal. You can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Duration of data management: - unsubscribing from the newsletter, but no more than two years.

3 Collection of payroll-related data
One of Tesk Group's activities is to carry out analyzes for its clients for a given geographic area or industry.
Purpose of data management: acquisition of data necessary for wage analysis.

With the User's consent, Tesk Group will contact the User by phone and ask him/her questions about his/her current salary. The User is not obliged to answer the questions, the disclosure of data is voluntary.

Tesk Group manages the User's name, phone number and current salary.

The legal basis for data management is the User's consent, according to which the User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data listed above by Tesk Group according to the conditions contained in this Notice, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

The Tesk Group already handles the User's name, email address and questionnaire answers anonymously.

The Tesk Group/Data Processor ensures the security of the User's data by applying technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk, protection against unauthorized or illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage of the data, including ensuring the confidentiality of the IT systems and devices used to manage personal data, integrity, availability and resilience.

1. Right to information/access

The User can request information from the Tesk Group via the contact details given above, in writing or by email, as to whether their personal data is being processed at the Tesk Group, and to find out what conclusions the Tesk group of companies and/or the potential employer have drawn from the in connection with your application material.

If such data processing is in progress, the User has the right to request information from Tesk Group about what kind of personal data, on what legal basis, for what purpose, from what source and for how long, as well as to whom, when, on the basis of which law, access to his personal data was granted or to whom you have forwarded your personal data.

The User is entitled to receive access to his/her personal data if the Tesk Group sends the relevant personal data to the User in writing or by email.

2. Right to rectification

The User can request, in writing or by email, that Tesk Group amend any of their personal data without delay via the contact details of Tesk Group specified above, or request that incomplete personal data be supplemented.

Tesk Group will respond to the User's request for information within a maximum of one month, by letter or email sent to the contact information provided by the User.

3. Right to erasure/forgetfulness

The User can request Tesk Group to delete their personal data without delay via the contact details of Tesk Group provided above, in writing or by email, if one of the following reasons exists:

a) your personal data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were managed by the Tesk group of companies;
b) the User withdraws his consent, which is the basis of the data management, and there is no other legal basis for the data management;
c) the User objects to data processing and there is no other legal reason for data processing,
d) your personal data was handled illegally by the Tesk group of companies;
e) your personal data must be deleted to fulfill the legal obligation applicable to the Tesk group of companies;
f) the collection of personal data took place in connection with the offering of information society-related services to children.

Tesk Group fulfills the User's request within a maximum of one month and notifies the User of this in a letter sent to the contact information provided by the User.
If Tesk Group has forwarded your personal data to others (e.g. potential employers), Tesk Group will inform the other data processors (partners) within 30 days that the User has requested the deletion of a copy of their personal data.

4. Right to blocking/restriction of data processing

The User can request, in writing or by email, that Tesk Group block their personal data or restrict data processing through the contact details of Tesk Group provided above, if one of the following is met:

a) the User disputes the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the blocking/restriction applies to the period that allows the Tesk group of companies to check the accuracy of the personal data;
b) the data management is illegal and the User opposes the deletion of the data and instead requests the restriction of their use;
c) the Tesk group of companies no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of data management, but the User requires them to present, enforce or defend legal claims; obsession

5. The right to data portability

The User may request the Tesk Group in writing or by email through the Tesk Group's contact details provided above to receive the personal data provided by the User to the Tesk Group in a segmented, widely used, machine-readable format, and is also entitled to transfer the data to another Company without being hindered by the Tesk Group, to which the personal data was made available, if the data management is based on the User's consent or contract and the data management is carried out in an automated manner.

When exercising the right to data portability, the User is entitled to - if this is technically possible - request the direct transfer of personal data between companies.

Tesk Group fulfills the User's request within a maximum of one month and notifies the User of this in a letter sent to the contact information provided by the User.

6. The right to protest

The User can object to the processing of his personal data based on the legitimate interests of Tesk Group or a third party at any time via the above contact details of Tesk Group, in writing or by email. In this case, Tesk Group may no longer process your personal data, unless Tesk Group proves that the data processing is justified by compelling legitimate reasons that take priority over the interests, rights and freedoms of the User, or that are necessary for the submission or enforcement of legal claims. or related to its protection.

The User can initiate an investigation with a report (complaint) submitted to the supervisory authority, citing that there is a violation of rights related to the management of his personal data, or there is a direct risk of such violation.
