Is recruitment a challenge? No idea where and how to get nominated? We show something.

We built a unique recruitment campaign based on the "give first so you can get" principle. We started from the fact that our client prepared a one-hour webinar material for engineers, with interesting information about his company and jobs.
Then came us and our marketing team.

We compiled a list and scheduled the campaigns. Everything is based on an extremely valuable candidate database.

We had a total of 2.5 weeks for all of this.
Anyway, the project is progressing well, we are visiting nearly 40 registered engineers while writing the blog. Now let's think about it. At the same time, our client gives presentations to 40 potential candidates who are interested in what the company does. And with this online open day, we also took a few steps out of the recruitment process. Expectations can be clarified, what the company offers can be presented, so that by the end of the presentation it will be clear to all participants whether the parties are looking for each other.

But what else happened?

Where was the event advertised? We used TESK's own database.

Of course, we also posted about the event on social media sites, where we have a total of 35,000 followers. It's a nice big number, but even such a large number of followers won't do wonders. You have to work for it.

We can draw a conclusion: We can collect followers on social media sites, but the real value is what is in our own database. Everything else is a showcase for us.
Are these surfaces still necessary? Yes. Because the initially superficial searcher will look at it. And if he likes what he sees, he'll move in. Last but not least, it builds the image created about us, i.e. the brand.

We simplify and make everything transparent!

Therefore, the campaign round is closed by the interactive mobile site, where the applicant for the webinar can find all the information in one place, transparently, and perform the desired actions with the press of a button. For example, if you want, you can make a call, send an e-mail, start a chat conversation or just enter the webinar with the click of a button. That way, you don't have to search for anything afterwards either in e-mails or separately on the website.

It is a great happiness for us to be able to mix HR with the digital world. It is even more so that our partners can also introduce themselves to interested parties, and our candidates do not have to go through the mandatory, although sometimes rather dry, first round interview as usual.
