Lean organizational development training

Fluctuation reduction, efficiency and performance increase through simple management tools that can be understood by anyone, in 5 days.

Loyalty, according to our experience, is strengthened most by those company experiences and stories that colleagues constantly talk about, that are always mentioned - be it a result achieved through hard work or the experiences of a well-run informal program.

It is also a very important factor, and - based on surveys, this is the most honest answer to why most people leave a job - that how managers treat subordinates during everyday work.

That is why we recommend our management training based on the LEAN method, which can be adapted to multiple levels of management, to our partners.

What is the purpose of the training?

It is so practical tools put in the hands of employees in management positions, with the help of which:

  • purposefully they are able to manage their subordinates, they are able to get the most out of them best performancet of their colleagues
  • they can achieve that performance orientedan, and solutionssubordinates should think about
  • it's like that teamthey can operate as a leader where the team members feel comfortable

How is it structured?

The program takes 5 non-consecutive training days in groups of a maximum of 10 people. In addition to a brief theoretical background lots of practice and group coaching the leaders get during common agreement and solutions to make their daily operations more efficient. Theory and practice are realized in the ratio of 20% to 80% for the benefit of practice.

The time that elapses between training days (1-2 weeks is recommended) provides an opportunity to try out the contents of each training day on weekdays. If difficulties arise during the application, it is possible to bring them to the surface on the next training day and practice them again.

…AND WHAT WILL BE THE RESULT:

All this has a positive effect on both efficiency and loyalty of existing employees, and all that for the quick and confident integration of new employees which supports HR's workforce optimization objectives.
